54 travel applications needed a more systematic way to understand user behaviour and drive meaningful return visits.

What I did
  • Mapped journeys and drop-offs in GA4 and Mixpanel
  • Created custom events and consistent tracking documentation
  • Ran engagement initiatives through OneSignal
OutcomeEngagement increased from approximately 2% to 7% across the majority of the portfolio. Monthly revenue from returning users grew from $3K to $18K.
